Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist in Revenue Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and audit registration functions to ensure compliance with billing requirements
• Create regular and ad hoc reports to determine accuracy rates for registration staff
• Act as a knowledge resource for registration staff regarding regulatory and accreditation requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
• Two or more years of experience in hospital Patient Registration/Financial Services
• Knowledge of medical terminology and common insurance and payor types
• Accurate and efficient keyboarding skills and proficiency with office software
• Highly developed interpersonal skills for working with patients and families
