Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to support the CORE Leadership team in enhancing performance across teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality audits on various communications and workflows to ensure compliance and resolution of issues
• Analyze performance data, generate reports, and identify training needs
• Support the development and improvement of policies, procedures, and quality monitoring guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree, MA Certification, or equivalent professional experience required; Bachelor's Degree, GXMO, or ARRT Certification preferred
• 1+ years of experience in a radiology support role
• Education or experience in medical terminology
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills preferred
