Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Services QA Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Completes audits for representatives by sampling invoices/accounts worked
• Documents audit results in an Excel spreadsheet and communicates findings with leadership
• Compiles weekly and monthly summary reports and participates in staff training as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of healthcare experience with knowledge of revenue cycle
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Previous experience with practice management systems preferred
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
