Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform QA reviews of AML functions to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Provide recommendations and corrective actions based on QA findings and report observations to management
• Assist in developing training materials and provide coaching to QA specialists to enhance quality performance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience, with a focus on investigation
• Hands-on experience in QA/QC, audit, or compliance testing programs
• Regulatory compliance experience, including policy reviews and suspicious activity investigations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and automated monitoring systems
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field, or equivalent experience
