Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test cases for user acceptance and regression testing
• Provide production support and serve as the point of contact for product functionality inquiries
• Conduct application demos and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures and user guides

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in documenting and executing test cases
• 4+ years of experience in writing technical and business system documentation
• Experience in product management, product development, or software quality assurance is preferred
• Familiarity with UAT, regression testing, and test case management tools
• Hands-on experience and skills are valued over formal education; an associate degree is welcome but not mandatory
