Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure effective coaching and support for process servers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support, training, and education to underperforming process servers based on key metrics
• Communicate directly with process servers, offering coaching and meaningful feedback
• Review reports daily and engage with disengaged servers to resolve performance issues

Qualifications

• Experience in training and/or coaching
• High school diploma or GED required
• Familiarity with legal processes is a plus
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to analyze processes and make recommendations for improvements
