Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Handle bug reports submitted by players
Organize and update bugs within internal tracking systems
Participate in regular testing sessions to ensure quality gameplay

Required Qualifications

Deep understanding of the server's features and minigames
Good understanding of Minecraft mechanics related to minigames
Previous experience with player support requests or bug reports is a bonus
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Availability to work 20 hours a week
