Job Summary

- Perform quality evaluations of inbound and outbound calls and emails
- Identify and recommend quality improvement opportunities based on data analysis
- Prepare reports and provide feedback to enhance customer service performance
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- One (1) plus years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
