Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quality evaluations of inbound and outbound calls and emails
  • Identify and recommend quality improvement opportunities based on data analysis
  • Prepare reports and provide feedback to enhance customer service performance
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required
  • One (1) plus years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
