Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Specialist (Health Care).
Key Responsibilities
- Review and score associate interactions according to an established rubric for quality and compliance
- Prepare reports on trends in associate performance and opportunities for improvements
- Participate in root cause analysis of performance data and assist in training other QA Specialists
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year in a customer service/sales role
- Strong knowledge of Customer Support best practices
- Understanding of the impact of QA on a support organization
- Data-driven reporting abilities using visualizations and spreadsheets
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and awareness of implicit bias
