Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Specialist (Health Care).

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and score associate interactions according to an established rubric for quality and compliance
  • Prepare reports on trends in associate performance and opportunities for improvements
  • Participate in root cause analysis of performance data and assist in training other QA Specialists
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year in a customer service/sales role
  • Strong knowledge of Customer Support best practices
  • Understanding of the impact of QA on a support organization
  • Data-driven reporting abilities using visualizations and spreadsheets
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and awareness of implicit bias
