- Identifies solutions for billing issues and presents resolution options to customers
- Negotiates and authorizes billing settlements within established limits and adjusts customer accounts
Required Qualifications
- Experience in billing issue resolution and customer account management
- Ability to analyze and negotiate effectively
- Familiarity with consumer and commercial billing processes
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
