Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure optimal performance of process servers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support, training, and education to underperforming process servers
• Create a positive experience for process servers through coaching and feedback
• Track performance metrics and communicate blockers to the leadership team

Qualifications:

• Experience in training and/or coaching
• High school diploma or GED required
• Familiarity with legal processes is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to analyze processes and recommend improvements
