Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement quality assurance policies and procedures based on client requirements
• Perform routine quality assurance on complex overpaid claims while ensuring adherence to client requirements
• Collaborate with management to identify solutions and efficiencies related to quality assurance workflow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience
• Solid knowledge of overpayment recovery services
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to learn quickly and provide value-added service
• Experience working under tight deadlines
