Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist II to support the design of a data-informed QA framework and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage the QA program, including frameworks for sampling and audit methodologies
  • Build feedback loops from data to identify quality issues and remediation opportunities
  • Develop dashboards and reporting to track quality metrics and remediation progress
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or related functions in a high-scale or regulated environment
  • Proven ownership of QA programs with measurable impacts on processes or customer outcomes
  • Strong data skills, including experience in dashboard/reporting development
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various teams such as Ops Enablement and Vendor Management
  • Background in financial services or fintech is preferred
