Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

Quality Assurance Specialist ensures effective coaching and training for process servers in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support, training, and education to underperforming process servers based on key metrics
• Communicate directly with process servers to offer coaching and meaningful feedback
• Track and resolve blockers while holding servers accountable for performance improvements

Qualifications:

• Experience in training and/or coaching
• High school diploma or GED required
• Familiarity with legal processes is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to analyze processes and recommend improvements
