Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

Quality Assurance Specialist ensures the success of process servers through training and feedback in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support, training, and education to underperforming process servers
• Communicate directly with process servers to offer coaching and resolve issues
• Track performance metrics and hold servers accountable for their work

Qualifications:

• Experience in training and/or coaching
• High school diploma or GED required
• Familiarity with legal processes is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to analyze processes and recommend improvements
