Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

Quality Assurance Specialist, a full-time remote position responsible for coaching, training, and providing feedback to enhance the performance of process servers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support, training, and education to underperforming process servers based on key metrics
• Communicate directly with process servers to offer coaching and resolve any blockers they face
• Review reports daily and hold servers accountable to improve their performance

Qualifications:

• Experience in training and/or coaching
• High school diploma or GED required
• Familiarity with legal processes is a plus
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to analyze processes and make recommendations for improvements
