Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

Auditing workflows and evaluating performance, the full-time Quality Assurance Specialist will review documentation and recorded calls, produce quality measures, and perform technology checks in a specialty pharmacy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and review workflows, processes, and related documentation
• Collect and analyze quality measures on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Perform quality checks on websites and technology tools

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in specialty pharmacy
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Ability to accurately enter data and prioritize work to meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
