Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance client and company success in the mortgage sector, the full-time Quality Assurance Specialist will perform QA audit functions, including client calls for loan set-up accuracy, and collaborate with sales teams, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prior-to-closing QA call file reviews and engage with sales and operations teams for necessary corrections
• Manage post-closing servicing onboarding by sending communications and updating systems with loan servicing information
• Communicate effectively with department members and escalate servicing issues as needed

Required qualifications

• Minimum of two years of mortgage experience is highly preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Ability to work independently and handle repetitive tasks in a flexible environment
• Strong judgment skills for making timely and sound decisions
• Experience in customer service and effective communication with diverse individuals
