Job Summary

Detail-driven and analytical, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Specialist will safeguard the accuracy of the credentialing process by auditing credential reviews, producing weekly reports on trends, and recommending process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Audit credential reviews completed by Operations teams and third-party vendors for accuracy
• Produce weekly reports identifying recurring errors and trends in credentialing
• Collaborate with managers to enhance team performance and guide coaching conversations

Required qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or audit role
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and presentation
• Experience in healthcare or tech industry environments is a plus
• Strong communication skills for translating data into actionable insights
