Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist, the full-time position will manage inspection and testing of products, track quality metrics, and investigate quality issues while offering a flexible remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing products to ensure quality conformance
• Assist in tracking, documenting, and reporting on quality levels and safety goals/KPIs
• Analyze product complaints and quality issues to ensure proper closure and compliance with guidelines

Required qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Quality Specialist or in a similar role
• Good working knowledge of Test Management software and QA methodologies
• Experience with manual testing, including UX, usability, functionality, smoke, and regression testing
• Able to develop standards and procedures for product quality and release readiness
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to work in a timeline-heavy environment
