Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance the effectiveness of process servers, the full-time Quality Assurance Specialist will provide training, coaching, and feedback remotely from Puerto Rico.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support, training, and education to underperforming process servers based on key metrics
• Create a positive experience for process servers by offering coaching and resolving their questions and blockers
• Track performance, set clear expectations, and communicate issues to the leadership team

Required Qualifications

• Experience in training and/or coaching
• High school diploma or GED required
• Familiarity with legal processes is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to analyze processes and recommend improvements
