Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

To support the success of process servers, the full-time Quality Assurance Specialist will provide coaching, training, and feedback remotely to ensure high performance and accountability across various states.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support, training, and education to underperforming process servers based on key metrics
• Communicate directly with process servers to offer coaching and meaningful feedback, creating a positive experience
• Track and communicate blockers to the leadership team while holding servers accountable for their performance

Required Qualifications

• Experience training and/or coaching
• High school diploma or GED required
• Familiarity with legal processes is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to analyze processes and make recommendations for improvements
