Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Specialist will monitor staff and processes, implement corrective actions, and enhance service quality through the development of compliant workflows and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regulatory compliance by developing and implementing processes that meet or exceed requirements
• Ensure service excellence by monitoring staff interactions and providing feedback to meet customer expectations
• Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving service quality and efficiency

Required qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
• 1+ years of prior experience with Medicare benefits, including Medicare Advantage Plans preferred
• Demonstrated efficiency in a high call volume environment
• Experience in the healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy industry highly desirable
