Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote Quality Assurance Specialist will focus on coaching and training process servers, providing feedback to enhance their performance and ensuring they meet established expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support, training, and education to underperforming process servers based on key metrics
• Communicate directly with process servers to offer coaching and resolve blockers
• Track performance, set clear expectations, and hold servers accountable to improve outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Experience in training and/or coaching
• High school diploma or GED required
• Familiarity with legal processes is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to analyze processes and make recommendations for improvements
