Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

Providing administrative support remotely, the full-time Quality Assurance Specialist will assist travelers with licensure, credentialing, and compliance with various regulations while ensuring timely communication and documentation for assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist travelers in obtaining and renewing necessary licensure and credentials
• Prepare and maintain personnel files for travelers, ensuring compliance with health and background screening requirements
• Achieve and maintain a high audit score by reviewing traveler contracts and updating requirements as needed

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of related experience and/or training
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with occupational health
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and work independently
