Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Quality Assurance Specialist will audit call transcripts for quality and compliance, contribute to conversation design, and ensure adherence to clinical safety standards for AI-driven voice interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Review and audit call transcripts for quality assurance and adherence to guidelines
- Collaborate with the product team to write and refine scripts for voice agents
- Monitor for safety signals and ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinical safety protocols
Required qualifications
- Background as a health coach, licensed healthcare professional, or healthcare operations specialist
- Familiarity with clinical safety principles and HIPAA compliance
- Experience in instructional or technical writing is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with analyzing conversation data
- Fluency in Spanish is a strong plus
