Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Quality Assurance Specialist will support the development and continuous improvement of IETSS processes and workflows, conduct quality reviews, and contribute to the implementation of a comprehensive Quality and Process Improvement Program.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the implementation of an organization-wide Quality and Process Improvement Program
• Develop and update processes in collaboration with stakeholders and support the Internal Quality Audit Program
• Conduct Quality Reviews of documents and deliverables while collecting and documenting user requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
• Two years of experience in developing and implementing quality assurance programs
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, and SharePoint
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a Government background investigation
• Understanding of organizational change management
