Job Summary

To ensure billing accuracy and adherence to processes, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Specialist will conduct quality assurance reviews, analyze audit results for recurring issues, and maintain detailed records while collaborating with leadership to improve operational integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance reviews across departments and payers to ensure billing accuracy
• Analyze audit results to identify recurring issues and recommend workflow improvements

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in billing operations workflows with a focus on quality
• Thorough understanding of healthcare revenue cycle billing and regulatory compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with healthcare information systems
• Ability to adapt to evolving systems and processes in support of quality monitoring
