Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

To support quality assurance and compliance for the Wisconsin Medicaid Management Information System contract, the remote Quality Assurance & Compliance Specialist will analyze operational performance, identify risks, and drive improvements while collaborating with account and functional leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze evidence to assess quality, identify root causes, and provide actionable feedback for training and process improvement
• Serve as a subject matter expert for complex quality issues, facilitating standardized evaluation practices across teams
• Evaluate compliance with policies and contractual requirements, recommending corrective actions as necessary

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Three or more years of experience in quality assurance, contract compliance, or a related function, preferably in healthcare or insurance
• Experience applying audit concepts and analyzing findings to recommend corrective actions
• Familiarity with business applications and operating systems; experience with Verint and CXone is a plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple priorities and driving quality improvements
