Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure compliance and efficiency within the quality system, the full-time Principal Specialist, Quality Assurance will design and implement quality policies, manage eQMS records, and perform internal assessments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Contributing to the design of effective quality systems and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Processing eQMS records, including customer complaints, nonconformance records, and CAPA/SCAR records
• Performing internal assessments to identify compliance gaps and implement improvements within the quality system

Required qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory compliance
• Experience in training and mentoring less experienced colleagues
• Ability to work on complex projects and develop innovative technical solutions
