Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure the accuracy and integrity of biosecurity audits, the part-time Quality Assurance Specialist will review auditor submissions, provide corrective feedback, and support the onboarding and training of new auditors in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review submitted audits for completeness and adherence to biosecurity requirements, providing corrective feedback as necessary
• Partner with the Onboarding Specialist to train new auditors and create training materials that reflect current best practices
• Recommend improvements to audit processes and collaborate with leadership to refine audit tools and workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 0 - 1 years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or training roles
• Working knowledge of livestock biosecurity risks and protocols; experience in swine production is a plus
• Comfortable using digital tools such as Orbit Control and HubSpot
• A genuine passion for quality and coaching, with a self-starter attitude in a remote work environment
