Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Physician Advisory Services QA Specialist will ensure the timely completion and accuracy of reviewer reports while communicating effectively with clients and physicians to meet specific requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide regular status updates to clients and evaluate the quality of physician reports for compliance with standards
• Collaborate with physicians to clarify report questions and ensure timely delivery of reports
• Review reports for data accuracy and adherence to client-specific formatting and handling instructions

Required qualifications

• Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
• Exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines
• Ability to apply critical thinking and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in computer literacy and typing skills
