Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

To support corporate quality initiatives, the full-time Quality Assurance Specialist will manage partner formulation documentation, ensure compliance with certification standards, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with cross-functional teams, with the possibility of remote work and minimal travel requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive documentation and compliance for IP certifications, including Kosher and Organic
• Provide technical support to manufacturing sites to resolve IP-related issues promptly
• Maintain and update internal records and certification databases to ensure regulatory compliance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience with a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company
• Working knowledge of SAP and proficiency with MS Office; experience with Infor Optiva is a plus
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a self-motivated work ethic
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
