Job Summary
To enhance customer service and claims accuracy, the full-time Quality Assurance Specialist will conduct audits, provide feedback, and develop training materials while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Audit calls and transactions for compliance, accuracy, and completeness
- Identify and analyze audit findings to recommend policy improvements
- Provide training and feedback to associates to implement process changes
Required qualifications
- Two (2) years of customer service, claims, or membership experience in a healthcare or insurance environment
- Two (2) years of experience in training or audit functions
- Experience with curriculum development and design
- Familiarity with call monitoring software
- Project management experience
