Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures to monitor Customer Operations
  • Performing routine inspections and quality tests of customer contacts and back office procedures within our customer operations
  • Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or as management of customer service operations in the consumer finance industry
  • Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance
  • Working knowledge of pivot tables in spreadsheets
