Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor and evaluate phone interactions to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide continuous feedback on call quality through evaluations and escalate issues to management as necessary
  • Evaluate calls using monitoring data to track individual performance and compile month-end reports
  • Collaborate with internal resources to ensure accurate training and identify performance gaps
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent industry experience
  • FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66) required; FINRA fingerprinting required
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
