Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor and evaluate phone interactions for compliance and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide feedback and document call monitoring issues for representatives and advisors
- Evaluate calls and track performance using quality monitoring data management systems
- Organize training projects and develop materials for new representatives and advisors
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent industry experience
- FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 required; FINRA fingerprinting required
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience supporting training initiatives or contributing to learning materials is preferred
