Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor and evaluate phone interactions for compliance and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide feedback and document call monitoring issues for representatives and advisors
  • Evaluate calls and track performance using quality monitoring data management systems
  • Organize training projects and develop materials for new representatives and advisors
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent industry experience
  • FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 required; FINRA fingerprinting required
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience supporting training initiatives or contributing to learning materials is preferred
