Quality Assurance Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Supervisor to manage a team of Quality Engineers and ensure high-quality testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of Quality Engineers and mentor them
• Assure management that new features are free of defects and take ownership of defect correction workflows
• Conduct ongoing testing and suggest improvements for the enterprise e-commerce system

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a QA role testing web and mobile applications
• At least 6 years of experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) in C#
• 2 or more years of experience leading and mentoring a QA team
• Experience in hiring and performance evaluation of QA staff
• Experience in writing and reviewing test plans and conducting user acceptance tests
