Quality Assurance Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a collaborative team environment, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Supervisor will manage Quality Analysts, ensuring accountability, coaching, and the achievement of quality metrics while fostering a positive work culture.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with Quality Analysts to build trust and assess progress toward career goals
• Coordinate team efforts to meet the needs of Operations leadership and identify improvement opportunities
• Provide weekly reporting on quality metrics and collaborate with Learning and Development to review trends and insights for improvement plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Minimum of 1 year QA tenure at ClearSource
• Good attendance record with no disciplinary actions in the last 6 months
• Effective communication skills
