Quality Assurance Supervisor

Job Summary

To ensure smooth operations in Quality Assurance, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Supervisor will manage a team of QA Auditors, oversee compliance with quality control guidelines, and provide training and support while monitoring production metrics and addressing potential fraud issues.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage production metrics to ensure QA Auditors meet deadlines and compliance requirements
• Provide coaching and oversight to QA Team Leads and Auditors on high-risk issues and compliance with federal and state guidelines
• Identify and report trends in loan deficiencies, preparing analyses and recommendations for action plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree directly related to the position or equivalent experience
• Minimum four years of experience in Mortgage Quality Assurance/Quality Control roles, with two years in a supervisory capacity
• Advanced knowledge of mortgage quality control requirements and investor guidelines (FNMA, FHLMC, VA, FHA, USDA)
• Experience with auditing processes and managing external vendors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with PDF/Adobe programs
