Leading a team of Quality Coaches/Auditors, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Supervisor will oversee criminal background screening audits, ensuring 100% audit coverage and feedback delivery while managing weekly calibration sessions with Operations and Quality Coaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure 100% audit coverage and feedback closure on all criminal verification transactions
- Conduct weekly calibration sessions to maintain consistency in court record interpretation and reporting
- Manage and develop a team of Quality Coaches/Auditors, monitoring productivity and performance
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in US criminal/public records background verification
- Prior experience in quality auditing of criminal verification transactions
- Minimum 18 months of experience as a Quality Coach
- Strong understanding of US legal terminology and court documentation
- Willingness to work night shifts in a US time zone
