Quality Assurance Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Control / Quality Assurance Team Lead (Temporary).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control reviews and monitor incoming calls to assess service quality and adherence to policies
• Provide feedback on call monitoring results and evaluate interactions for quality assurance
• Assist in managing quality task assignments and track performance metrics to meet service level agreements

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 3 years of experience; Associate degree preferred
• Experience in student loan and Department of Education programs preferred
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a criminal background check
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Accurate data entry skills with a focus on quality assurance processes
