A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, feedback, and management of the QA team
• Lead the development and execution of QA audit plans and conduct routine audits
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and support process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of demonstrated experience leading a team
• 2+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, audit, dispute resolution, or health plan operations
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration or related field preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to manage both leadership and operational roles effectively
