Job Summary

Managing a team of Enrollment Quality Coordinators and Associates, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Team Lead will oversee quality audits, analyze clinical quality trends, and maintain quality data to enhance the enrollment process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support a team conducting quality audits and documentation reviews, providing performance feedback and coaching
• Analyze QA findings and quality data to identify trends, presenting actionable summaries to leadership
• Collect and maintain quality audit data, ensuring accurate documentation and real-time visibility into team performance

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of quality assurance experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Experience in quality assurance, audit, or compliance within a healthcare environment
• Proven ability to collect and analyze data to identify trends and patterns
• Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex findings for varied audiences
• Familiarity with remote workflows and digital documentation tools in a virtual care setting
