Quality Assurance Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading the Claims Quality Assurance team in a full-time remote capacity, the Quality Assurance Team Lead will manage a team of six to ten analysts, oversee the audit process, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while driving improvements in audit workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day workflow of the Quality Assurance team, ensuring audit quotas are met with accuracy
• Own calibration sessions and maintain documentation to ensure audit judgments are consistent and defensible
• Design scalable audit processes and turn audit results into actionable insights for operational leadership

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in operational Quality Assurance or audit within a regulated industry, preferably insurance or fintech
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team
• Working knowledge of FCA regulation and Consumer Duty or equivalent in another regulated market
• Practical experience with audit sampling techniques and scorecard design
• Proficiency in BI tools for data reporting and storytelling
