Quality Assurance Technical Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Technical Analyst to join their Mortgage Servicing team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead test design and configuration for the ACES Quality Management System, ensuring optimal platform performance and compliance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support end-to-end testing initiatives, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Develop and execute comprehensive QA test cases, document defects, and prepare detailed reporting on test execution and system performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, technical analysis, or business analysis within the mortgage servicing or financial services industry
• Hands-on experience with the ACES Quality Management System or similar QA platforms is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of mortgage servicing operations, including compliance and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency with SQL, including writing queries and working with relational databases
