Quality Assurance Technician

Job Summary

As a full-time Quality Assurance Technical Representative based in Eastern North Carolina, the successful candidate will perform technical inspections of commercial roofing applications, conduct leak investigations, and assist in warranty repairs while working remotely with a company-provided truck.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct technical inspections for warranty coverage and perform leak investigations
• Assist in completing larger warranty repairs and train licensed roofing contractors on application techniques
• Educate customers on specifications needed for warranty applications and maintain strong customer relationships

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Architecture, or a minimum of 4 years of active duty, or a High School Diploma with at least 4 years in the construction industry
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in the construction industry
• Willingness to travel 10-15% of the time for overnight or out-of-town assignments
• Current driver's license and adherence to safety protocols
• Ability to work flexible hours with minimal notice when necessary
