Job Summary
Seeking a remote Quality Assurance Technician based in Florida, the full-time position will perform technical inspections of commercial roofing applications, conduct leak investigations, and assist in warranty repairs while fostering strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct technical inspections for warranty coverage and perform leak investigations
- Assist in larger warranty repairs and train licensed roofing contractors on application techniques
- Educate customers on specifications and maintain compliance with safety regulations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Architecture, or a minimum of 4 years active duty, or a High School Diploma with 4 years in the construction industry
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the construction industry
- Ability to travel overnight 10-15% of the time
- Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills
- Current driver's license and adherence to safety protocols
