Job Summary

Leading quality assurance efforts for EIS programs, the remote Quality Assurance Test Manager will oversee the QE program, define testing strategies, and manage a global team to ensure high-quality delivery and stakeholder alignment on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the EIS QE program to ensure quality and governance throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Define and implement testing strategies while driving AI adoption in quality engineering
• Manage a global team and align with stakeholders to achieve predictable delivery timelines

Required qualifications

• 18-20 years of experience in quality assurance and testing
• 3-5+ EIS implementations, particularly in Group Benefits
• Expertise in stakeholder management
• Strong communication skills within the EIS insurance domain
• Proven experience in driving governance and quality delivery
