Quality Assurance Tester

Job Summary

Seeking a remote Quality Assurance Tester II, this full-time position will design and execute test plans, lead regression testing efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality and readiness for production deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features and system enhancements
• Lead regression testing efforts to ensure stability across releases
• Document and manage detailed defect reports, including reproduction steps and severity assessments

Required qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in software QA testing, preferably in healthcare or financial services
• Hands-on experience with front-end test automation tools and frameworks; Playwright preferred
• Experience working within Agile frameworks and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience with back-end (API and database) testing, including load testing tools; JMeter preferred
